Subject: Kosher food at Giants Stadium

Aramark, who runs the concessions at the Meadowlands, has brought in Strikly
Kosher to run a kosher cart at the Meadowlands. Their first game was this past
Sunday for the Giants. Strikly Kosher [of Monsey 845-356-5799] runs the kosher
stand at Shea, Yankee and Keyspan Stadiums and is under the Vaad Harabonim of
Queens. [It's on field level section 111.]

... The "main" kosher hot dog stand is all the way down the right field line
down on the field level. HOWEVER, you can NOT get across from the left side of
the field over to the right side on the field level unless you have field level
tickets. All others must go down to right field on their respective levels, and
then go down the ramps to field level. This is where the minyan takes place.
There are also "Kosher carts" on the loge and mezzanine levels behind home
plate.
Ma'ariv starts IMMEDIATLEY after the top half of the 7th inning is over. It was
a real Kiddush Hashem with over 40 people joining the minyan. There were
siddurim and hats, for those who wanted, distributed by the kosher stand.
Note: Unless you can outrun Jose Reyes, you must start moving before the end of
the top half inning is over if you want to catch "Bor'chu"...

hospitals in Cafe
Kosher sandwiches and salads are available at the lobby café at Hackensack
University Medical Center . The caterer is Maadan.
The same is available at Englewood Hospital cafeteria, catered by the Jewish
Home at Rockleigh .
